Biographies

I love biographies. Learning about the new Sally Field, the one I bet none of you knew, right now with her captivating book, In Pieces. Before that George Michael, Gregg Allman, Pistol Pete Maravich, Katherine Hepburn, Liz Hurley, Dorothy Hamill, Donald Trump, Shania Twain…

But why biographies? Because I’m a crazy fan? Nope to the crazy part. Because I want to learn the secrets to their success? Nope, a lot of their success is hard work and luck.

I love biographies because they repeatedly remind me how we’re all more alike than we are different from one another. Hard work, luck, patience, more luck, having good connections- we’re all the same.
