Book Reviews – Part 2

Little Rachel Dark by Karina Gioertz

What a beautiful book! A simple story told masterfully by Ms Gioertz, with the help of artistic illustrations that will keep your little ones awake until the end of the story. Gioertz is so skilled at creating curiosity in her writing. She makes you keep turning the page. And this story is no different. Once this cute story gets going you must stay until the end, which comes rather quickly, since this is a short story. In this case, a short story, written this well, proves that less is indeed more. Can easily become a bedtime reader that’s read over and over. Illustrations A+. Ms. Gioertz is one good writer!
